This computer was terrible from the beginning. When I installed Quicken, the desktop changed to static and could not be changed back. WHen I uninstalled Quicken, there was no turning back. I tried troubleshooting, but the screen image was so bad, I could barely read it. Back to Mac I go.

Shipping was fast however, when the product arrived the power button that starts the computer was "missing." Clearly something from the manufacturing side (the box was sealed). I called Amazon and they overnighted me a new one which was perfect. This PC is for my parents who winter in a small home in the south. It has a really nice display and I had no problem explaining to my parents how to set it up, and run it. I am very pleased with this purchase and they are enjoying this new computer. I would give it five stars if i hadn't had to return it for a new one.

This computer was a very good product. I have not had any problems with it. touch screen is so amazing and my grandkids enjoy using it as well.

Sets up very easy. I had to download a decoder to watch movies...but they are free. This is my first all in one computer and so far I love the space savings.
